The Case of the White Lion is the fifth short story in the anthology Biggles of the Special Air Police which was first published in 1953. This story takes Biggles and co. to Nigeria in West Africa. In the anthology, this story is preceded by The Case of the Too Successful Company and followed by The Case of the Remarkable Perfume.
Synopsis[]
Reports of a luminous white lion are terrorizing the workforce at Nagoma, Nigeria, forcing stock-breeding activities at an important experimental cattle station to grind to a halt.
