I hope you don't find me annoying, but this site seems to be a little dead, do you have any suggestions on how we can make it a little bit more lively?
And where can I listen to "The Air Adventures of Biggles", the radio series?

Sorry for the late reply. The best way to liven up the site is, of course, for more people to join in and contribute. Unfortunately most Biggles fans are of the older generation like me and many are frightened by the wiki format. The important thing is not to be frightened by technology but just go for it.
Another way is to add more pictures and illustrations to the articles. For example, thumbnails of covers of various international editions.
As for the Air Adventures of Biggles, there are many places, but none offer a complete set. Here's one: (the articles on this site about this series is very basic and needs improvement)

Thanks! I will try to have my classmates read the books (yes, I'm going in school). I've got some duplicates, so I am considering giving these to the school library. But I can also exchange them for other books in a second-hand bookstore, where all of my Biggles-books are bought from.
Does fandom have any guide to how to add pictures/illustrations, because I don't really know how to do that.
It's very easy but it depends on whether you are editing in visual mode or in source mode. If you are in visual mode, there is a button in the menu at the top for you to add a picture. You will then be invited to select a picture that is already on the site or upload a new one. This is the easiest method.
Oh, if you draw pictures of planes, you might consider drawing pictures of types of planes which do not have good photos on the internet. See https://biggles.fandom.com/wiki/Morane-Saulnier_Vanneau
I drew this one.
You'll probably find that most people that are discussing Biggles stories are doing so via forum (https://bigglesforum.net/forum/) or on Facebook (https://m.facebook.com/groups/666456723534883/) but I look forward to some discussions on here with very knowledgeable people. The best way to generate more chat would be to ask more questions about details in the books.
Cheers,
VV
Thanks VickersVandal. The bigglesforum.net site is probably the better place for discussing Biggles. I go there too.
People tend not to want to discuss matters here because it's a hassle to edit in wiki format and they think that this place has the same stringent rules like wikipedia about citing references (it doesn't really). The wiki format handles photos and maps a lot better though. So I tend to use this site to post chunks of obscure research that I have done about Biggles and which would be too long for posting on the forum. My particular research interests are geographical locations, hotels, airfields and also obscure or fictional aircraft types and the real life aircarft which inspired them.
What do you think?
